Home > About Us

King of Life Lutheran Church is situated in a rapidly growing Tri-Cities area of Coquitlam, Port Moody and Port Coquitlam. The congregation reflects the diversity of the community around it, being comprised of many families with young children and teens, young adults, and seniors. Our church community celebrates an abundance of musical gifts, a willingness to explore creative worship, a growing sense of community and learning together what it means to follow Christ. Our church community participates in and funds a number of local initiatives including the food bank, care home services, refugee sponsorship, mission support for several locations in Africa, and hospitality to a number of recovery groups.  We also support many other service projects and initiatives in Greater Vancouver, as well as nationally and internationally through the ELCIC.

Service Times:
Sunday 10:30am – in-person and online services available.  Please contact the church office for instructions on how to access Zoom.

Child care:
A Warm Welcome to Parents: We love children and enjoy their participation in worship.  It is with great joy that we see them sing, dance, and participate in worship.

They are welcome to come to the table with all the children of God to share in Holy Communion.

Children sometimes need to roam a bit so if you join us please don’t feel self-conscious if you need to get up and down with them.

There are small tables with quiet activities placed in the sanctuary for children who wish to remain in the sanctuary, but may need an activity during the service.
