A hike is being planned for Saturday, April 22.  We had this hike planned for March but had to abort because of the snow. Let’s hope it doesn’t snow in April!

We’ll meet at the church for 9:30 am and carpool to the Woodhaven parking lot in Belcarra.  We’ll start by doing a loop around Woodhaven swamp and then follow the trail to Sasamat.  We’ll continue around Sasamat and then head back to where we started.

The Woodhaven-Sasamat trail is 9 km and the estimated time to complete is 3hrs. There is a 100m elevation gain.  It’s considered an easy hike. Bring a lunch and water.
